Who we are

What we hold, and why

• Account details — name, email, phone, address, profile photo — to open and operate your account: our contract with you.
• Financial records — your ledger, positions, and statements — because a financial service must keep them, and for the tax and anti-money-laundering records the law requires.
• Security records — session and technical logs — to keep the platform safe and working, a legitimate interest weighed against your rights.
• Your profile photo only with your consent, withdrawable at any time.

How long, and who sees it

Account data is kept while your account is open; financial records for the period the law requires after it closes; security logs no longer than they are needed. We share data only with providers who process it for us under contract and with authorities where the law demands it. We never sell it and never use it for advertising. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people and systems that need it.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can access your data, have it corrected, erased, or restricted, take a portable copy of it, and object to processing that rests on our legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time and may complain to your local data protection authority. Write to team@evealpha.com and we will answer within the period the law requires. If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
